British Citizenship Ceremony 2018
I just wanted to drop a quick email to say, the choir that attended yesterdays British Citizenship Ceremony, at Gateshead Council, were absolutely fantastic. The songs were so fitting to the occasion and the children sang throughout with huge happy smiles on their faces, and the singing was brilliant. The children were an extremely special part of our new citizens big day, and I'm sure will have left a lasting impression on everyone.Thank you so much to all the children and the teachers who have obviously put allot of hard work and effort into learning the beautiful songs.

Mother's Day Assembly
I’d just like to thank all of the staff involved in organising the reception class Mother’s Day assembly and afternoon tea I attended today. It was very obvious a substantial amount of work had been put into arranging this and as a result the children did a fantastic job. They should all be exceptionally proud of themselves (teaching staff too!) Well Done & a huge Thank You to all involved it was a really lovely afternoon and a great assembly.
"The Christmas craft session held with both receptions classes was a fantastic opportunity to spend time in school with your child making wonderful Christmas Crafts. Each table had a different craft, the teachers explained what you had to do making it more enjoyable. I sat with my child and loved spending time one to one interacting and doing crafts together. My Child loved it and together this made it more special to do lovely things at this time of year. It was well planned by staff and the crafts were followed my an interactive music session. Thank you Lingey House for a wonderful time. I hope there will be more opportunities in the future." Mrs Greenup January 2018
It was so lovely to be part of Mrs Jones leaving assembly and very obvious what a respected and much liked lady she is by the staff, children and parents. There was a lot of thought and work gone into this special assembly.
I wish Mrs Jones the very best of wishes
On behalf of Lingey House parents
For every opportunity you have given our children - thank you.

"A big thank you to the Management, Teaching and Support Staff of Lingey House. I moved my son to Lingey a year ago because I had concerns about his education in a previous school. On receiving end of school year report recently I am thrilled my son has progressed so much and delighted at the levels he has attained in all subjects, also good to see what levels are predicted for next July. Mr Chipchase has done a wonderful job teaching, encouraging and motivating my son to reach these levels."
Mrs S Crow 08/07/2015
"Well done to all of the children who performed in Aladdin Trouble at Gateshead College. They were all wonderful. Mr. Ogilvie was also brilliant as Widow Twankey. The children and staff have obviously worked very hard to put on such a good show."

I'm so proud of our Lingey House Green Team. Thanks to Mr Mullen and all the children and staff who made our school garden the best in Gateshead. Thanks also to the two families who attended the presentation evening. Sam, Thomas, George and Aimee you were brilliant and great representatives for our school. Thanks to your parents for bringing you to the Stadium.

I would just like to say a MASSIVE WELL DONE to all the staff and pupils at Lingey House you did us as parents and yourselves proud. The Andrew LLoyd Webber performance was the best I have seen in a long time.
It was very well organised with seating plan and refreshments available separately, children were very relaxed and enjoyed every minute of it.
Congratulations and a job well done and I hope we see more of this in the future. x

I attended the first performance of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Friends on Wednesday morning and it was absolutely fantastic. There didn't seem to be any nerves, it was so professional and all of the children were brilliant, true little stars!!
What a triumph!! Well done to all involved, it was a joy to watch.
Looking forward to the next one!
Mrs Karen Crozier, 27th June 2014
I have just returned from the Andrew Lloyd Webber & friends concert and would just like to congratulate everyone on their spectacular performance.
The children were fantastic and performed very well.
To date this maybe the show that stands out amongst all of the past performances.
To have seating by ticket numbers also worked very well as in the last twelve years bringing my children to Lingey House it is the first time I have been able to enjoy a front row seat.
Mrs W Carroll, 24th June 2014
Thank you to Y4/5 for letting me be part of your Dragon's Den. It was great to take part in it and see the outstanding work you have all done in your project. All the presentations were so good that I would have like everyone to win!
The amount of thing you have put into your products was amazing. Your presentations to the scary dragons were very confident. I hope that everyone in the class is very proud of what you have done.
