Mental Health Survey

At a recent meeting we established that it would be beneficial, to try and capture some feedback from Parent/Carers around mental health with those schools taking part in the current roll out in Newcastle West and Gateshead.  The survey is very brief and consists of 5 short questions and a box for contact details:

 

  • Do you know that your schools is linked to a NHS Mental Health support team – Yes/No
  • What does mental health mean to you – explanation box
  • Would you attend a workshop about supporting your child’s emotional resilience – Yes/No
  • If yes which schools does your child attend – explanation box
  • Would you be interested in helping to shape this work – Yes/No
