Year 3 / 4 – Walk Around Leam Lane

As part our creative curriculum ‘Who Am I?’ The children have been investigating their local area, Leam Lane. On Friday, with help from Mrs Gray and Mrs Brauns, we decided to have a walk around the local area and identify key features of the estate. The children enjoyed their walk and were able to provide feedback on what they liked and dislike about the area.

306 POUNDS IS WONDFUL !!!!!!!!!!

Love the new bibs . . . looking forward to wearing mine (with footballs on) for my next trip out with Y5.

i liked going on a walk around our local area it was fun and gave me exercise.

I would like to know the list of likes and dislikes about our area. We could pass them on to Councillor Mole, our LA Governor. He would be very interested and would do all he could to put the 'dislikes' to Gateshead Council. Well done, Y3/4!
